Amy Amy Janet JanetAubrey Plaza, born June 26th, 1984 is a comedian and actor known for her deadpan sense of humor. Plaza appears as April Ludgate in "Parks and Recreation". After having performed improv and sketch at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater she began her career on "The Jeannie Tate Show" and then appeared in "Funny People", "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World", and various other web series. This is her birthday today. Aubrey Christina Plaza is the daughter Bernadette Plaza of the firm of an attorney and David Plaza of a financial specialist. She was born in Wilmington located in Delaware. She is a Puerto Rican and her mother is Irish, English and Irish. Plaza graduated from a Catholic all-girls school in 2002. She also graduated from the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in the year 2006. The president was of her high school's student government and was a part of Wilmington Drama League productions during her time as a senior. In 2004, when she was enrolled in her second semester of college Plaza suffered a stroke which left her with expressive aphasia, as well as a prolonged period of paralysis. The condition has since improved.
