Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox born December 25 in 1954. She was born in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson & Thomas Allison Lennox is the name used by her parents. Lennox was a flute, piano and harpsichord at the Royal Academy of Music London for three years during the 1970s. She survived on a student stipend and did part-time jobs in order to make ends meet. Lennox as she was studying at the Royal Academy of Music in London, was not happy in her performance when in comparison to the other students. She began considering alternatives. Lennox started her professional career in the year 1976 in the group called Dragons Playground. She quit the band before New Faces, the I.T.V. talent competition. Between 1977 and 1980 she served as the singer-songwriter for The Tourists, a British Pop group. In this band, she made friends with Dave Stewart and together they created The duo Eurythmics. Lennox then began to work on her debut solo album Diva, which was released by 1992. In both commercial terms and critically it was a huge achievement. Nostalgia Lennoxs 6th solo album came out in October of 2014. The C.D. Lennox has picked her most favored blues, soul and jazz songs. Lepidoptera was released by Lennox on May 19, 2019. The collection comprising four tracks that were improvised. The E.P. The E.P. is her debut independent album and a companion to the art installation she created at Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art entitled Now I Let you go...
